Spinnaker Worthy Park WPM 2015 375mL｜ Other Products

The fourth and final expression in Spinnaker's extraordinary debut lineup brings Jamaica's only true single estate distillery into the fold — and it might be the most versatile bottle of the four. Distilled in 2015 at Worthy Park Estate in Jamaica's Lluidas Vale — the island's only remaining single estate rum producer, where every step from sugarcane cultivation to bottling takes place entirely on one property — this WPM marque single cask represents Worthy Park's classic molasses-based pot still character at its finest. After careful importation, the rum was finished in a Still Austin ex-bourbon barrel in Austin, Texas for at least five months, then hand-bottled at high proof with no additives, no adulteration, and no chill filtration. Worthy Park's house style brings a higher-ester Jamaican character than the LFCH Hampden — expect ripe tropical fruit, green banana, pineapple rind, earthy funk, warm spice, and the oily, satisfying texture that defines great Jamaican pot still rum. Part of Spinnaker's personal Mount Rushmore of rum distilleries — all four expressions available in a genius 375ml format.
