It layers peach and basil over the house recipe of 11 botanicals (juniper, coriander, licorice, fennel, angelica, cubeb, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, almond), with the peach and basil added directly to the pot still during distillation. It is unfiltered, bottled at 48% ABV (96 proof), and limited to about 150 cases.The nose is savory and summery, with stone fruit, torn herbs and heirloom tomato; the palate is surprisingly juicy, led by yellow and white peach skin and fresh basil with subtle pine and licorice underneath.
