Featured Discovery｜Bedford Park 9 Year Jamaican Single Barrel Rum｜ Other Products

Bedford Park is a Toronto-based independent bottler that has become one of the most exciting names in North American rum — selecting single casks from distilleries like Hampden, Foursquare, and Caroni, bottling them at cask strength with no additives or chill filtration, and dressing them in the "Shady Grove" label art of Toronto artist Elise Conlin. Distributed stateside by Raising Glasses. This Jamaican 9 Year was distilled in 2015 and bottled from a single cask at 60.8% ABV. Nine years is the sweet spot for a lot of Jamaican rum drinkers: old enough for real oak integration, young enough that the pot still funk still leads the way. Expect a vivid nose of overripe banana, pineapple, tropical fruit, and unmistakable hogo, opening into a dense, oily palate where esters meet caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and toasted wood, finishing long, dry, and spicy with a lingering fruit-and-funk fade. Bedford Park's Jamaican selections are its calling card — the Hampden LROK 2000 sits among RumX's highest-rated rums anywhere, and the bottler's Jamaican single casks consistently score in the high 8s and 9s with the community. Non-chill filtered, no additives, cask number and outturn on the label. A more affordable entry into Bedford Park's Jamaican program than the 15 and 16 Year, and a genuine cask-strength funk bomb for the neat glass or a Mai Tai you'll remember. When the outturn is gone, it's gone.Buy Bedford Park 9 Year Jamaican Single Barrel Rum online with fast shipping right to your door.
