Browse and Discover｜Yamaha Stage Custom Birch 5-piece Euro Drum Kit - Matte Surf Green｜ Other Products

Since its introduction in 1995, the Yamaha Stage Custom Birch has earned its place as a trusted favorite among drummers worldwide. Built with 100% birch shells — the same tonewood used in Yamaha’s professional kits — this series delivers the signature Yamaha sound defined by quick attack, rich tone, and tight projection. Designed for players seeking professional-level performance and quality at an accessible price, the Stage Custom Birch stands as a solid drum kit for solid drummers.
Each shell is constructed using Yamaha’s Air Seal System, ensuring perfectly round shells with consistent thickness for exceptional resonance and tuning stability. The 100% birch construction produces a bright, crisp sound with short decay and strong tonal separation, ideal for both studio and live performance. Finished with a beautiful hand-lacquered coating found in Yamaha’s higher-end models, every Stage Custom kit boasts its own unique wood grain pattern and visual appeal.
Yamaha’s renowned attention to detail extends to the hardware and mounting systems. The Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System (Y.E.S.S.) allows toms to resonate freely while maintaining stability, and the Absolute-style lugs feature an internal lug-locking mechanism to prevent tension loss during play. Paired with a complete 700 Series hardware package — including boom cymbal stands, snare stand, hi-hat stand, foot pedal, and tom holders — this Stage Custom Birch kit is a complete, ready-to-play professional setup built to last for years of reliable performance.
