El Cielo is the world's first four-times-distilled luxury silver — Patrón's highland blanco taken through the still one extra time for a subtly sweet, undeniably smooth finish. Patrón was founded in 1989 by John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley and built Hacienda Patrón, NOM 1492, in Atotonilco el Alto in the Los Altos highlands; Bacardí bought it in 2018 for $5.1 billion, and the house still cooks in brick ovens and crushes part of its agave with a tahona. El Cielo — the sky — is 100% highland blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed by tahona and roller mill, fermented, distilled four times under master distiller David Rodríguez, and bottled unaged at 40% ABV in a tall, clear, faceted bottle. Four distillations strip the spirit to its silkiest: expect a delicate nose of cooked agave, citrus, and a faint sweetness, opening into an ultra-light, clean, gently sweet palate of agave and white pepper with a soft, short finish. Honest note: enthusiasts would say four distillations remove the character along with the edges, and they'd be right — El Cielo is built for the drinker who wants a blanco with no burn and no funk, chilled, in a glass that matches the bottle. Chilled, neat, or in a Margarita for someone who doesn't like tequila. Patrón, in the sky.Buy Patron El Cielo Silver Tequila online with fast shipping right to your door.
