Bounty Rum Premium Dark Rum｜ Other Products

Bounty Premium Dark is the richest bottle in the core range from St. Lucia Distillers, the Roseau Valley house formed in 1972 when the island's two surviving distilleries merged — and the reason is pot still. Where the Gold and White are pure Coffey column rum, the Dark blends in pot still distillate for what the distillery calls a lush, chewy body, then ages the blend around three years in ex-bourbon barrels and bottles it at 43% ABV. The St. Lucian house character shows through: that distinctive pine-and-spearmint edge over toffee, dark sugar, and vanilla, with cocoa and a light tobacco note from the pot still weight, finishing longer and warmer than the lighter expressions. Bounty is "The Spirit of Saint Lucia," the best-selling rum on the island and the entry level to a distillery that also makes Chairman's Reserve and Admiral Rodney — which means the liquid comes from the same stills, the same molasses, and the same warehouses as bottles costing three times as much. Honest note: reviewers frame the Bounty line as mixing rums first, and the Dark is no exception — but it's the one in the range with enough body to sip over ice on a hot night. Built for a Dark 'n' Stormy, a proper rum and Coke, a rum punch, or a Mai Tai float, and a genuine step up from mass-market dark rums at the same price.Buy Bounty Rum Premium Dark Rum online with fast shipping right to your door.
