Gregarious Grump 10 Year XO Fins Bois Cognac｜ Other Products

Gregarious Grump 10 Year XO Fins Bois Cognac is a cask-strength, single-cask cognac from Gregarious Grump, an independent bottler that selects individual barrels from small Cognac growers and bottles them uncut and unfiltered, the way the whisky world has done for decades. This one comes from the Fins Bois cru, known for round, fruity, faster-maturing cognac, aged ten years and bottled at 58.7% ABV.At full strength it is bold and expressive: ripe pear, apricot and grape on the nose with vanilla and toasted oak, a rich, oily palate of dried fruit, honey and baking spice, and a long, warming finish. A splash of water softens it and brings out the fruit. It is a cognac for drinkers who love cask-strength bourbon and Scotch.Single-cask cognac at this age and strength is rare and this 750ml bottle is a limited outturn.
