Product description
Product Type: Tequila
Size: 750mL
Proof: 47% Alc/Vol
Region: Mexico
Description: Cazcanes Nuestras Raíces Still Strength Blanco Tequila is a powerful, full-bodied expression that celebrates the pure heritage of Jalisco agave spirits. Bottled straight from the still at a robust 47% ABV, this tequila is crafted without dilution, coloring, or additives—delivering a bold and unfiltered expression of high-altitude Blue Weber agave. The distillation process honors ancestral techniques: slow-roasting in a wood-fired autoclave, hand-chopping, wild open-air fermentation with native yeasts, and double distillation in a wood-fired copper still.
On the nose, it offers striking aromas of raw and roasted agave, bright citrus, green pepper skin, fresh grass, and smooth minerality. The palate is intense and full-bodied, featuring cooked-agave sweetness, lime zest, jalapeño brine, earthy stone, and vegetal herbal undertones, with a vibrant, peppery mineral finish that lingers.
Crafted by third-generation maestro destilador Humberto Alvarado, this edition is a small-batch tribute to traditional tequila-making, emphasizing authenticity and artisanal craft. Buy Cazcanes Nuestras Raíces Still Strength Blanco Tequila online today with nationwide shipping. A true collector's expression for enthusiasts seeking raw agave power.
