Daily Spotlight｜ Other Products ｜Empirical Soka

Empirical Soka is a 750ml, 86-proof spirit from Empirical, the Copenhagen flavor company that refuses to fit inside traditional spirit categories. Soka is built around botanicals and koji-driven fermentation, then distilled under vacuum at low temperature so the fresh, delicate aromatics survive intact. The result is savory and layered, with a subtle salinity, umami depth and a clean mineral edge that make it unlike anything else on the shelf. Sip it neat or chilled to appreciate the detail, or use it as a base for cocktails that call for something briny and unexpected in place of gin or vodka.Buy Empirical Soka online with fast shipping right to your door.
