Whiskey Del Bac Classic Single Malt Whiskey｜ Other Products

Whiskey Del Bac Classic Single Malt Whiskey is the unsmoked flagship from Hamilton Distillers in Tucson, Arizona, the desert distillery founded by Stephen Paul. Where the distillery's Dorado and Old Pueblo bottlings are made from mesquite-smoked malt, Classic is distilled from unsmoked barley so the malt, the copper pot still and the Arizona climate do the talking. It is bottled at 90 proof.Expect a rich, malty nose with toffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit, a full-bodied palate with honey and gentle oak, and a long, warming finish. Aging in Tucson's heat pulls flavor from the barrel quickly, giving it more depth than its age would suggest. Drink it neat or with a splash of water. This 750ml bottle is the right place to start with Del Bac if you want to taste the distillery without smoke.
