No other distillery had aged whisky in tōtara before, which makes this the most distinctly Kiwi whisky ever bottled. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), non chill-filtered, in a 700ml bottle.The whisky is bright gold with a nose of native florals, honey, orchard fruit and vanilla.
