Other Products ｜Humano Blanco Tequila

Humano's Blanco is distilled at Destileria La Experiencia in Tototlán, Jalisco — a facility that also makes tequila for several other brands, though Humano insists on its own single-estate agave and additive-free production throughout. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it pours crystal clear. Christopher Null at Drinkhacker, a veteran spirits critic with over 25 years reviewing wine and spirits, gave it a B+, describing a bold, agave-forward nose of green pepper, jalapeño, and white pepper that mellows into lime leaf and zest with time in the glass, all sitting over an earthy base. On the palate, he found a genuinely surprising sweetness — brown butter and sesame oil — tempering the pepper without fully taming it, finishing savory with notes of animal cracker, sugar cookie dough, and pecan sandies, though cracked black pepper lingers longest. He called it "a fun little ride" that's "tailor-made for an elevated margarita." Community tasters are a bit more split — some find it beautifully balanced and easy-drinking for a beginner blanco, while others find it a touch too soft and sweet for their taste. A solid, distinctly peppery Highland blanco built as much for cocktails as for sipping.
