For Your Inspiration｜ Other Products ｜The Japanese Bitters Umami

The Japanese Bitters Umami is a 100ml, 27% ABV savory bitters from The Japanese Bitters, the artisanal bitters company founded by bartender Yuki Yamazaki. It is a layered botanical infusion that brings the fifth taste to cocktails, built on kombu, shiitake mushroom and other umami-rich Japanese ingredients. The aroma opens with salty sea breeze, toasted mushroom, kombu and citrus peel; the palate unfolds miso-like earthiness, shiitake, sea kelp and gentle minerals with a delicate citrus-herbal brightness, finishing with a refined saline edge. A few dashes transform a Bloody Mary, a dirty martini or a savory whisky cocktail.Buy The Japanese Bitters Umami online with fast shipping right to your door.
