Westward Stout Cask is a celebration of Portland, Oregon's craft beer culture from Westward Whiskey, the city's pioneering American single malt distillery. Westward already brews its whiskey wash like a craft ale, so finishing the flagship single malt in casks that held stout from local breweries closes the loop: barrels go out to the brewers full of whiskey, come back seasoned with rich stout and are refilled with malt whiskey for a second maturation. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), non chill-filtered, in a 750ml bottle. The stout casks add roasted grain, dark chocolate and coffee to Westward's core of malty sweetness, caramel and vanilla, with a creamy texture and a long, warm finish. It is a natural for beer drinkers, a great after-dinner dram and a rich base for a whiskey and stout boilermaker.Buy Westward Stout Cask American Single Malt Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.
