The Japanese Bitters Shiso｜ Other Products

The Japanese Bitters Shiso is a 100ml, 28% ABV shiso leaf bitters from The Japanese Bitters, the artisanal bitters company founded by bartender Yuki Yamazaki. It centers on vibrant green shiso, the Japanese perilla leaf, rendered in a clean high-proof base to highlight its bright herbal character. The aroma is crisp shiso, minty freshness and delicate citrus with undertones of green tea and basil; the palate balances bold shiso with citrus zest, mint and herbaceous earthiness before a clean, lingering finish. A few dashes bring leafy complexity to Japanese whisky highballs, gin cocktails and martinis.Buy The Japanese Bitters Shiso online with fast shipping right to your door.
