SpecTilt WB is a reactive, water-based tilt-up bond breaker that gives panels a clean lift while meeting ASTM C309 moisture retention
SpecTilt WB contains no diesel, kerosene, waxes, or silicones, and offers excellent resistance to foot traffic abrasion during the tilt-up construction process.

Application Instructions
Mix or agitate before each use; apply undiluted
Apply immediately after final steel troweling once surface water evaporates, at 250-350 sq ft/gal on tightly steel-troweled concrete
As a cure coat, apply before adding reinforcing steel, within two weeks of pouring, at 400 sq ft/gal
Apply a second coat at right angles once the first dries, typically 500-700 sq ft/gal
On old slabs, flood with clean water, squeegee off excess, then apply until rejection, with a second coat at right angles
Test readiness — treated surface should feel dry and soap-like, with water beading on contact
Mist the slab with water before pouring to prevent surface scouring; reapply if exposed to rain before the coat dries
