Cure & Seal 30 enhances durability and wearability, revitalizing existing surfaces to make them brighter and easier to maintain.

Suitable for both fresh and aged concrete, indoors and outdoors
Revitalizes existing surfaces, brightening them and easing maintenance
Application Instructions
For new concrete, apply after surface water has evaporated and the surface can tolerate light traffic; apply uniformly with a second coat once the first dries
For existing concrete, ensure the surface is clean, dry or slightly damp, and free of stains, oils, and incompatible coatings
Apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal for best results; double the rate on broom or rough-finished concrete
Technical Data Summary
Shelf Life: 2 years from manufacture date, stored properly in original tightly sealed containers
