Refined Finish｜ Other Products ｜Al Nabaa Craft Cocktail Arak & Pink Grapefruit

Arak is one of the oldest distilled spirits in the world — grape-based, distilled multiple times, then redistilled with aniseed in copper pot stills, traditionally served cut with water and ice until it clouds milky white. Al Nabaa's Craft Cocktail line takes that tradition and handles the mixing for you, and the Pink Grapefruit expression is the more bittersweet of the pair: triple-distilled arak blended with bright pink grapefruit, bottled ready to pour at 32 proof (16% ABV) so the anise and citrus sit in balance rather than arriving at full strength. Expect fresh grapefruit zest and subtle anise on the nose, with tangy, faintly bitter citrus up front on the palate giving way to gentle anise sweetness and a smooth, rounded texture, finishing clean and lightly herbal with lingering grapefruit. The natural bitterness of grapefruit plays especially well against anise — closer in spirit to a Paloma than a lemonade, and a genuinely different drink from the lemon version rather than a simple flavor swap. Serve it cold straight from the fridge or over plenty of ice, alongside mezze, grilled meats, seafood, olives, and white cheese. One of the easiest ways into arak for anyone curious about the category.
