Description: Roaming Road 17 Year Spain Rum is a rare, cask-strength Spanish rum distilled from sugar-cane molasses and aged for 17 years (bottled at 60.6% ABV / 121.2 proof) in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Cotswold malt whiskey casks. This unique two-stage maturation journey gives the rum a floral-tinged nose that evolves into rich molasses, dark chocolate, and malt-whiskey–like depth. On the palate, expect decadent toffee, soft leather, dark dried fruit, and warming oak spice, culminating in a long, layered finish with whispers of black pepper and toasted grain. This single-cask treasure is a collector’s gem—once gone, it won’t return.
