Shopping Highlight｜Yamaha Stage Custom Floor Tom - 18 x 16 inches, Raven Black｜ Other Products

The Yamaha Stage Custom Birch 18 × 16 Floor Tom delivers the rich, fat sound and powerful low-end that drummers have relied on Yamaha birch drums for decades. Its premium birch shell, thicker ply construction, and rounded bearing edges maximise head-to-shell contact, producing deep, resonant tones with excellent projection.
Built for both developing drummers and working professionals, the Stage Custom Birch shell uses a staggered diagonal seam that allows the shell to remain thin while maintaining its round shape. The low-mass lugs and lacquered finish allow the shell to vibrate freely, helping produce superb tone and sustain across a versatile range of playing styles.
Professional touches include Absolute-style lugs and die-cast claws for reliable durability and precise tuning. Measuring 18 × 16 inches, this floor tom provides substantial low-end projection while complementing a wide range of drum kit configurations. Finished in striking Raven Black, it combines Yamaha's renowned craftsmanship with a sleek stage-ready appearance and comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Available from Sky Music Australia.
