Kingspan GreenGuard® Professional Flashing is an economical butyl flashing membrane usable within a wide range of installation temperatures. It is designed to seal the interface around wall penetrations such as windows, doors, pipe penetrations and other areas that may require a weatherproof seal.

If I have a brick wall, why do I have to worry about water?
Brick, like other exterior claddings, does a good job of deflecting hard rain. However, water soaks through brick. That is the reason you need air space between brick cladding and the wall sheathing and “weep holes” at the bottom of a brick wall. You also need a secondary weather barrier to protect the wall structure from water that gets behind the brick. The same is true for other claddings: wood, vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, and stone.
What is a house wrap?
A house wrap is a water-resistive barrier that is intended to perform as a secondary barrier behind an exterior cladding, providing a means to protect the exterior wall from exposure to water that penetrates the exterior covering or cladding.
