Iconic｜ Other Products ｜Martin 16 Series J-16E 12-String Acoustic Electric Guitar - Vintage Tint

The Martin Grand J-16E 12-String expands the refreshed 16 Series with a bold, sonically driven voice built to command the room through depth, shimmer and projection. Its gloss spruce top in Vintage Tint is paired with satin solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, delivering deep, rumbling bass and rich overtones that support the signature chime and jangle of a 12-string.
The Grand Jumbo body provides powerful volume and projection, while its 000 depth enhances playing comfort without sacrificing its expansive acoustic voice. The J-16E 12-String is equally suited to full-bodied strumming, layered accompaniment and expressive live performance. Non-scalloped X-bracing provides clarity and balance across all twelve strings, helping each note and chord remain articulate.
L.R. Baggs® Element™ electronics make the Grand J-16E 12-String ready for the stage or studio, providing a natural amplified representation of its rich acoustic character. With an Ebony fingerboard and bridge, Nickel Open Gear tuning machines, Faux Tortoise pickguard and included Softshell case, this Martin combines impressive projection with comfortable playability. Sky Music Australia offers the Grand J-16E 12-String for players seeking a powerful, distinctive and versatile 12-string acoustic-electric guitar.
