The MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW04D06 4-Zone Mini Split System delivers powerful, energy-efficient comfort with the flexibility of a true DIY® installation. Built around the MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 27K multi-zone condenser, this system is designed for homeowners who want professional-grade heating and cooling without contractor labor costs.
This carefully balanced bundle includes 6K, 9K, and 12K BTU wall-mounted air handlers, making it ideal for homes with mixed room sizes such as bedrooms, offices, living areas, and bonus rooms. Each zone operates independently, allowing you to fine-tune comfort where it matters most while maximizing efficiency.
Installation is simplified using MRCOOL®’s patented DIY® QuickConnect® technology, which removes the need for vacuum pumps, refrigerant charging, or HVAC licensing. All included line sets arrive factory-sealed and pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, providing a faster, safer install while meeting modern environmental standards.
Advanced comfort features like Gold Fin® corrosion-resistant coils, Follow Me® temperature sensing, and full app-based control through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller® make this system both powerful and intuitive. You can also connect the system to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free control.
If you want a multi-zone system that’s efficient, expandable, and homeowner-installable, the MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW04D06 is built to outperform traditional HVAC solutions while keeping long-term ownership costs low.
